So with this in mind we designed the Figgy laundry range so you could clean your clothes effectively without the unwanted extras. In this laundry pack you will get 6 months of washing done* - how cost effective is that for green cleaning?!
You will get everything you need to make 4 x 700g batches of Figgy laundry powder (140 loads) and 1kg of Figgy laundry soaker, as well as a Figgy bar soap to pre-treat those stains, and Figgy castile soap for handwashing delicate items.
Enclosed is a whopping 500ml home cleaning castile soap, 1.6kg washing soda, 1.3kg baking soda, 500g oxygen bleach, 400g borax, 100g Figgy bar soap, recipe card, 2 x 750g pottles and a set of our laundry labels for a bit of style! The pack option offers a 30% reduction in price over the RRP if purchased individually.

If texture is important to you we recommend using a food processor as this will give you a nice even grain. You can use your "food" processor but ensure a complete rinse of laundry powder residue before food preparation. Alternatively you can use a bowl to mix; your powder will still clean just as well but may be a bit lumpy and bumpy. Read more tips on our blog here.

We pack orders 3+ times a week and after leaving Figgy HQ have a target delivery of 1-2 days for urban deliveries and 2-4 days for non-urban and rural.
All parcels will have a tracking link that will be emailed to you. For rural deliveries, Post Haste contracts NZ post to complete rural delivery where they do not have drivers.

I wa s a bit nervous about making up my own laundry powder, etc but it went really well and I’m so happy using it. I have done it without essential oils because of sensitivities and it’s great having something that is truly fragrance-free. In using it I am finding less itchy skin too. Both of these are a real relief for me.
My next task is to make the laundry soaker and then see what else I can make. The booklet Figgy sell is also well worth buying. While it was a big outlay for me in buying the laundry pack, it will be well worth it in the long run. I definitely recommend it!
Quick delivery, easy to follow instructions made the transition super easy. Didn’t have a blender so just mixed in a bowl no trouble at all
