Urban NZ = $10

Rural NZ  =$15.50

We send our boxes via tracked courier within the North and South Islands. Please note these prices are set to ensure fast delivery of our often very heavy cardboard cartons.

Important, please note that rural/non-urban boundaries are set independently by our courier provider and may not be the same as more familiar New Zealand post boundary lines (see below).

 

Where can Figgy & Co deliver to?

NZ outer Islands: Courier pricing can be cost prohibitive and so we do not routinely courier to the NZ outer islands – (Chatham Islands, Stewart Island, Kawau Island, Waiheke Island, Matakana Island, Great Barrier Island & d’Urville Island). However, we can organise bespoke shipping via NZ post office. Please get in touch as we can work directly with you.

PO Boxes: PO Boxes cannot be used as a delivery address. Our courier partner – Post haste – does not provide this service. Alternate address can be used, such as making parcels care of work or another postal address or use an approved community drop off point such as your local Four Square or farm supply store. Deliveries can also be made to your local Post haste depot for collection.

Rural customers shipping to a town address: We have many rural customers to who ship ‘care of’ to alternate addresses such as the local post shop/ four square, Post haste courier depot, farm supply store or friend / family member. If you use a suitable alternate address be sure to update your shipping address to that location.

What’s new about non-urban and rural deliveries?
Our courier service has non-urban (rural) boundaries that differ to New Zealand post. Please take a moment to search our rural address finder if you live out of town or in a new part of town.

The rural & non-urban surcharges we incur get passed on at cost to our customers.

 

Timeframes

We’ll get your order ready and out to you as quick as we can, because we know what it’s like to be excited for goodies to arrive! We pack and ship orders at least 2-3 times a week and will send your order via Courier. Delivery time frames once your parcel has left Figgy & Co. are 1-2 days for urban areas and 2-4 days for rural areas. Rural areas take longer as parcels are delivered by a third party – often NZ post.

If your parcel has not arrived in the expected time frame, please contact the courier provider using your tracking number for specific information pertaining to your delivery. While we have partnered with an efficient courier provider for delivery of your parcels, from time to time delays will occur which are outside of Figgy & Co. control.

 

Tracking your parcel

After your order is packed, a tracking link will be sent to the email address you provided at purchase. Please use this link to check on the progress of your parcel. If you feel your parcel is delayed beyond the expected time frames, in the first instance please contact Post haste directly with your tracking number. https://www.posthaste.co.nz/default.html

 

Click and collect

Click and Collect is available Tuesday and Thursday 10.30am – 2pm from the Figgy workshop.

Typically your order will be ready by the next collection time. Our address is 3/46 Hinemoa street. Paraparaumu (Please access the workshop from Tararua street next to Stretch Tents).

How to organise click and collect?

When shopping online you will be given the option to Click & Collect your order at the checkout page – shipped or click & collect are options. You will need to select Click & Collect. We will email you when you order is ready for collection.

Other collection times by prior arrangement may be possible, get in touch theteam@figgyandco.co.nz. Please note that the workshop may be closed some holidays that fall on a Tuesday or Thursday. As we are a manufacturing workshop, times outside of these options and entry into the workshop are not permitted.

 

Damaged goods – sometimes it happens

Please inspect all parcels upon delivery. Although unlikely, sometimes unavoidable damage can occur during transit. Please alert us via email (with photos if possible) AND retain the damaged goods for courier uplift as this is required for the claims process.

If items you receive from Figgy & Co. are damaged at the time of delivery/pick up, we will comply with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

 

Return & faulty items

If for any reason you are not happy with your Figgy & Co home cleaners or DIY supplies, please get in touch, as making it right is important to us. Should your items be faulty, let us know within 5 days of receiving your parcel and arrangements can be made to rectify this. We comply with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. For all hardware we guarantee these for 3 months from the date of purchase. Any items purchased from a retail setting must be returned to that stockist.
