Where can Figgy & Co deliver:
We send our boxes via courier New Zealand wide, within the North and South Islands. For New Zealand regions outside of this, email us directly to obtain a shipping quote. Deliveries to PO boxes are not possible at this time, as our boxes are too big and bulky.
Local to Figgy & Co. HQ = $7.00
(Strictly, Kapiti Coast including Otaki, Hutt Valley including Upper Hutt, and south thereof to Wellington city including Porirua)
Rest of NZ =$9.00 flat fee (This includes all of the South Island, North of Otaki and Upper Hutt)
Non-urban and rural surcharge = $5.50 (important, please note that rural/non-urban boundaries are set by our courier provider and NOT New Zealand post)
Click and collect = Free local pick-ups are available. At present this option is limited to the times outlined below, and not available outside of these. We will notify you when your order is ready, and you can collect during the following windows:
Tuesday mornings: 11am – midday
Thursday afternoons: 2pm -3.30pm
What’s new about non-urban and rural deliveries?
Please take a moment to search our rural address finder if you live out of town or in a new part of town (please note, there may be some slight differences in what our website shows and the Castle Parcel systems, if you think your address is showing incorrectly on our website please let us know).
Our courier service has non-urban (rural) boundaries that differ to New Zealand post. To ensure the timely delivery of your Figgy home cleaners please ensure the correct option is selected at checkout.
The non-urban surcharges we incur get passed on at cost to our customers; if your address is considered non-urban and not selected at checkout we will contact you for further payment. Alternatively you can use a different shipping address (e.g. workplace or an address in town).
Tracking your parcel:
When your order is dispatched from Figgy HQ, you will receive an automated email from us with your tracking details. Please use this courier link to track your parcel in transit. For any queries about your delivery, please contact our courier provider directly with your tracking number. Beyond this, feel free to contact us if required.
Delivery time frames:
Urban addressed parcels are expected to arrive in 1-3 working days from leaving Figgy & Co. If you live rurally please expect delivery to take an extra few days as third parties (i.e. New Zealand post) are used as the rural delivery agent. If your parcel has not arrived in the expected time frame, please contact the courier provider using your tracking number for specific information pertaining to your delivery. While we have partnered with an efficient courier provider for delivery of your parcels, from time to time delays will occur which are outside of Figgy & Co. control.
Want to pick up?
If you would like to collect your parcel from Figgy & Co. directly please select “click & collect” at checkout. Once you have received an email from us indicating that your order is fulfilled you may collect your order at either of the allocated times specified above. Please note that as we have a manufacturing workshop, times outside of these options and entry into the workshop are not permitted.
Damaged goods – sometimes it happens:
Please inspect all parcels upon delivery. Although unlikely, sometimes unavoidable damage can occur during transit. Please alert us via email (with photos if possible) AND retain the damaged goods for courier uplift as this is required for the claims process.
If items you receive from Figgy & Co. are damaged at the time of delivery/pick up, we will comply with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Return & faulty items:
Orders placed online are final. Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for faulty products. Notification of faulty goods must be made via email within 5 working days of receipt and all returns must be approved by Figgy & Co. Ltd prior to being sent. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 21 days after receipt.
If items you receive from Figgy & Co. are faulty at the time of delivery/pick up, we will comply with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
