 It’s the same clever formulation, made with just two hardworking, food-safe ingredients: washing soda and oxygen bleach. No fillers, no fragrance, no dyes, enzymes, or plastic — just the naturally clean dishes you love.

This concentrated powder is designed to clean all your dishes without leaving behind a chemical trail. And because it’s filler-free, you only need 1 tablespoon per load — giving you up to 100 washes from this bag.

Pro tip: Decant your dishwasher powder into a labelled airtight container when it arrives to avoid early activation of the ingredients from humidity. You can reuse your old Figgy 1kg bottle or grab any sealed jar or tin from home — just make sure it’s dry and clearly marked.

How to use

How to use Dishwasher powder

To use: Dose with 1 tablespoon per load. Adjust for load size and soiling. For optimal cleaning use a wash cycle that is warmer and longer. Scrape off dishes that have food scraps remaining (no dishwasher powder can make food disappear) and stack dishwasher to ensure adequate water spray reaches all dishes. Suitable for dishwasher safe dishes and metal ware.

Use with Vinegar as your rinse aid to further reduce chemicals when your dishes are being washed.

Hot washing tea towels and cloths: Add 1-2 Tablespoons of Dishwasher Powder to a large stainless steel pot, fill with 5-8L water add clean tea towels and cloths to be deep cleaned. Heat on the stove to a simmer for 15 mins then allow to soak for 1-2 hours. Rinse and dry as normal.
