Return & faulty items

If for any reason you are not happy with your Figgy & Co home cleaners or DIY supplies, please get in touch. Making it right is important to us.

Should your items arrive faulty, please let us know within 5 days of receiving your parcel and arrangements can be made to rectify this. We comply with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

For all hardware and dispensers we guarantee these for 3 months from the date of purchase.

Any Figgy & Co items purchased from a retail shop must be returned to that stockist.
