Pricing

  • Parcels couriered to urban address in NZ cost $10.00
  • Parcels couried to Rural addresses in NZ cost $15.50

These are flat rates no matter how big your parcel is. We send your order in boxes via tracked courier. Our courier service is only within the North and South Islands. 
Important, please note that Post Haste rural/non-urban boundaries are sometimes different to NZ Post. Post Haste decide their own rural boundary lines (use this link to see if your address is Post Haste urban or rural).  


 

Where we CAN NOT deliver to:

NZ outer Islands: Courier pricing can be cost prohibitive and so we do not routinely courier to the NZ outer islands – (Chatham Islands, Stewart Island, Kawau Island, Waiheke Island, Matakana Island, Great Barrier Island & d’Urville Island).
However, we can organise bespoke shipping via NZ post office.
Please get in touch as we can work directly with you. 

PO Boxes: PO Boxes cannot be used as a delivery address.
Our courier partner – Post haste – does not provide this service. Alternate address can be used, such as making parcels care of work or another postal address or use an approved community drop off point such as your local Four Square or farm supply store. Deliveries can also be made to your local Post haste depot for collection.

Figgy can ship to all other address in NZ, including business address and rural collection points


Alternative addresses

Rural customers shipping to a town address: We have many rural customers to who ship ‘care of’ to alternate addresses such as the local post shop/ four square, Post haste courier depot, farm supply store or friend / family member. If you use a suitable alternate address be sure to update your shipping address to that location.


Unexpected rural shipping for your address?

Our courier service has non-urban (rural) boundaries that differ to New Zealand post. Please take a moment to search our rural address finder if you live out of town or in a new part of town. The rural & non-urban surcharges we incur get passed on at cost to our customers.  


 

How long will my delivery take?

We’ll get your order ready and out to you as quick as we can, because we know what it’s like to be excited for goodies to arrive!

We pack and ship orders at least 2-3 times a week and will send your order via Courier.

Delivery time frames once your parcel has left Figgy & Co. are 1-2 days for urban areas and 2-4 days for rural areas. Rural areas take longer as parcels are delivered by a third party – often NZ post.

If your parcel has not arrived in the expected time frame, please contact the courier using the information below. While we have partnered with an efficient courier provider for delivery of your parcel, from time to time delays will occur which are outside of Figgy & Co. control.  


 

How can I track my parcel?

After your order is packed, a tracking link will be sent to the email address you provided at purchase. Please use this link to check on the progress of your parcel.

If you feel your parcel is delayed beyond the expected time frames, in the first instance please contact Post haste directly with your tracking number. https://www.posthaste.co.nz/default.html

How do I make a click and collect order? 

When finalising your order, in the shipping section, you will be given the option to ship your order OR click & collect. All you need to do is select Click & Collect. We will get your order ready then email you when you when it's ready for collection. Typically your order will be ready by the next collection time.

 

How do I pick up my order from Figgy & Co.?

Click and Collect is available Tuesday and Thursday 10.30am – 2pm from the Figgy workshop.

Other collection times by prior arrangement may be possible, please get in touch theteam@figgyandco.co.nz.

Important: The workshop may be closed on holidays that fall on a Tuesday or Thursday. The workshop may also be closed during the summer holidays.

Our address is 3/46 Hinemoa street. Paraparaumu. Access to our workshop is from Tararua street. We are next door to stretch tents. 

As we are a manufacturing workshop, times outside of these options and entry into the workshop are not permitted.


 

My order is damaged – What do I do?

Please carefully inspect your goods once they arrive. Although unlikely, sometimes unavoidable damage can occur during transit.
  • Please alert us via email to let us know what has happened at theteam@figgyandco.co.nz
  • Take clear photos of the damage
  • Don't throw anything away, the courier will come back and pick up the broken items— this is required for the claims process. 
If items you receive from Figgy & Co. are damaged at the time of delivery/pick up, we will comply with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
