Combined orders? Sending direct to the gift recipient? Please place one order for each address you’d like it sent to, this is to cover shipping. Use your details for email & billing, and their address for shipping. We are unable split one order and ship it to multiple addresses.

To ensure delivery before Christmas day orders must be placed before Friday the 15th of December so they can be picked and packed and be ready for the courier by 2pm that day.

Figgy & Co. last shipping day is 19th December, while these orders will likely arrive before Christmas, we can not guarantee this.

Deliver now? Deliver later? There are two options for sending your order to make it easy for you! You choose the timing, and we will do the rest. You can choose from the drop down box an immediate delivery or a mid December delivery. The mid December delivery will be timed to arrive before Christmas day.

We pack orders 3+ times a week and after leaving Figgy HQ have a target delivery of 1-2 days for urban deliveries and 2-4 days for non-urban and rural.

All parcels will have a tracking link that will be emailed to you. For rural deliveries, Post Haste contracts NZ post to complete rural delivery where they do not have drivers.
