Cleansing Hair Rinse
2 teaspoons baking soda
750ml water
3-5 drops essential oil of your liking.
Combine ingredients into bottle. Shake well before applying to hair roots. Massage scalp and leave for a few minutes before rinsing.Figgy suggests that for particularly oily hair add more baking soda, or less if your hair tends to be dry.
Figgy enjoys peppermint and/or patchouli essential oil in her hair rinse. Select an essential oil that you or your hair would benefit from (e.g. Rosemary essential oil is good for dandruff).
